  • Salesforce and/or CRM software technology industry knowledge and experience is a definite asset
  • Portfolio and sample works demonstrating content writing skills and experience, primarily in digital space
  • Working knowledge of content management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Expertise in Microsoft Word is required
  • Knowledge of best practices surrounding digital content, including SEO/SEM

Gerent LLC is a top Salesforce consulting and implementation partner looking for a Full-Time B2B Content Writer with a passion for Salesforce and/or CRM software technologies. This exciting role is performed remotely and/or from home and the successful candidate will be able to work in an incredibly progressive, high-growth organization supporting the world’s #1 and fastest growing CRM solution, Salesforce.

Candidates should have a strong and diverse portfolio that shows aptitude for writing compelling educational and promotional content for a variety of digital media platforms and channels. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and skilled writer with some technical knowledge and familiarity of Salesforce or CRM software technologies. This candidate will be able to work effectively with both internal and external partners to conduct research, interviews, and gather necessary subject matter knowledge and understanding to write engaging content.


  • Write targeted, differentiated, B2B customer-focused content that is aligned with Gerent’s marketing strategies and priorities
  • Write primarily digital content that is directly or indirectly related to Salesforce solutions, Gerent’s services, CRM software technologies, or industry trends, including but not limited to the following channels: web and microsites, email campaigns/newsletters, blog posts, educational articles, customer success stories/case studies, Project-Go-Live announcements and press releases, integrating charts, illustrations, and imagery where necessary, and ensuring a differentiated customer experience.
  • Build a unique competitive advantage by strategically developing and managing written online content and communications.
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners to obtain in-depth understanding of Salesforce and Gerent’s products, services, solutions, and processes in order to write engaging and technically accurate content for communication channels mentioned above as well as to identify and execute new content writing opportunities
  • Help maintain a content calendar that supports key marketing strategies and priorities
  • Incorporate SEO / SEM best practices to all written web content
  • Support with other special writing requests as required
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all communication channels
  • Adhere to all timeline requirements
  • Oversee and escalate any reputational or legal risk related to content created and published
  • Produce high-quality content that is appropriate for both the communication medium and its intended audience
  • Analyze existing and potential content, identify re-use opportunities, and continuously improve content based on customer feedback and usage metrics
