Gerent is on the lookout for talented Salesforce Business Analysts.You will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions to delight our clients and improve their quality of life at work. 


Our Salesforce Business Analysts are responsible for supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping, QA testing and end user testing. They may also be required to complete some basic Salesforce configuration and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Integration Architects as the Client Champion to advocate for solution elements that meet and exceed the clients expectations and underlying skills. You are a valuable asset to the team throughout the process of design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.


The Business Analyst will have the opportunity to grow into a Solution Architect or Solution Consultant role with increased responsibility and experience. Gerent pays for all the examination vouchers for any Salesforce certifications and ensures you have

 the time to prepare and pass the certification exams. 


What you’ll do: 


Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and visualize their current business processes and priorities

  • Translate these priorities and processes into well defined business requirements
  • Develop user stories and future state to-be process flows to support the design, and development, and communication of Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with team members to aid in designing a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories
  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
  • Complete Trailheads and Salesforce Certification on the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • CPQ
  • Revenue Cloud Accreditation

  • OmniStudio Consultant


What we’re looking for:


Experience


  • Business Analyst experience in multiple industries, with a proven ability to deliver on strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Business Analysis - Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce CPQ.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with design and development of Salesforce CPQ Products/Bundle and Price Lists.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with  Product Hierarchy / Guided selling / MDQ / Product Rules Configuration Attributes / Pricing Rules / etc...
  • Experience with contract life cycle and subscriptions.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Billing is a plus.
  • Experience working with Advanced Approvals is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Salesforce.com Certifications at least two (Admin and CPQ specialist).
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.


Technical competencies:


  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community) 
  • Facilitation skills

  • Client focus — BAs must apply a client-centric mindset and ensure that all projects keep clients’ stated needs and goals top of mind.

  • Communication and presentation skills — BAs must present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
