Role Overview

Gerent LLC is a top Salesforce consulting and implementation partner looking for a Full-Time Graphic Designer with a passion for Salesforce and/or CRM software technologies. This exciting role is performed remotely and/or from home and the successful candidate will be able to work in an incredibly progressive, high-growth organization supporting the world’s #1 and fastest growing CRM solution, Salesforce.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create visual text and imagery concepts by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They will help us develop the overall layout and production design for a variety of digital and print assets including but not limited to displays, logos, banner ads, social media posts, websites, white papers, presentations, event invitations, and more. Our Graphic Designer will also transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams, often creating infographics, which can make complex ideas more accessible.

What we’re looking for in our Graphic Designer:

  • You are a creative and innovative thinker
  • You will work with Marketing Operations Specialist and VP of Marketing to assist with the creation, conception, and execution of brand design assets (digital and print), including but not limited to websites, landing pages, white papers, presentations, event invitations, infographics, social media graphics, digital/email campaigns, collaterals, trade show booths, podcast art, etc.
  • You will establish design systems, libraries, standards, and workflows for Gerent brand design.
  • You will support the launch of new brands by designing logos, color palettes, graphics, animations, tool kits, and style guides
  • You will carry out user research to inform design decisions
  • You will experiment with many types of visuals from photo illustration and photo editing to data visualization and infographics
  • You will tell compelling visual stories to a range of audiences that communicate the desired message
  • You will contribute new ideas for design treatments, planning, and strategy with the team
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Powerpoint. Knowledge of Webflow is a bonus.

  • Bachelor of Arts or Design with emphasis in graphic design/visual communication/print/web design or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of working experience in creative environment in a corporate or agency setting, or equivalent freelance
  • Solid portfolio with clear understanding of digital and print design and campaign development
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) in a Mac OSX environment
  • Insight and ability to work on both MAC and PC platforms
  • Strong knowledge of pre-print production and digital file development
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and some front-end web development a plus!

  • Teamwork — Graphic Designers must collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members during projects.  
  • Accountability — Graphic Designers  must be willing to take ownership of and responsibility for their assigned projects.
  • Communication and presentation skills — Graphic Designers must present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Innovation, creativity, and problem-solving — Graphic Designers  should be willing to think outside the box when confronting project challenges.
