Role Overview

Gerent is a top Salesforce implementation partner looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist with a passion for Salesforce and/or CRM software technologies. This exciting role is performed remotely and/or from home and the successful candidate will be able to work in an incredibly progressive, high-growth organization supporting the world’s #1 and fastest growing CRM solution, Salesforce.

Our Marketing department is growing, and we are looking to add a team member whose primary focus will be to support marketing execution across email, web, events, and social initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping drive growth across all of Gerent’s key practices and must be a proactive self-starter with exceptional executional, organizational, creative, and analytical skills. Responsibilities:


Email Marketing

  • Create, test, deploy, and monitor campaigns for all of Gerent’s key practices
  • Create, test, deploy, and monitor campaigns for Gerent’s Salesforce programs like PAP, VIP, Partner New Logo, newsletter
  • Manage Pardot and keep campaigns and databases across practices clean and well-organized
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns
  • Report back on campaign engagement to Marketing and Sales team
  • Provide ongoing and active campaign reporting and analysis with insights and recommendations

Website

  • Assist in maintaining site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards
  • Monitor Gerent’s website for errors, glitches, broken links/functionality
  • Deliver monthly web analytics reporting with insights and recommendations
  • Research current design trends on a regular basis
  • Assist in reviewing changes to the Gerent website to ensure quality assurance standards are met before moving to production
  • Assist in QA testing for web page launches to ensure design standards are met and functionality is as expected

Social Media

  • Create and manage social media calendar and post content
  • Manage Gerent’s Salesforce Partner Community Chatter group and post content according to calendar
  • Provide ad campaign execution support as needed

Visual Design

  • Design or manipulate simple graphics and mock-ups on Adobe Photoshop (for example: image for social media post or an email campaign header)
  • Support Head of Marketing with presentation development and creation of eye-catching, visually engaging slides

Presentation Decks, Key Documents, Collaterals

  • Develop, maintain and update visual appearance and content for all corporate presentation decks, key documents, and collaterals to reflect the most current brand design and company information

In-Person & Virtual Events

  • Provide execution support for asset development, promotion, and launch of event(s)

Partner Community and App Exchange

  • Manage Gerent’s company page on Salesforce Partner Community and App Exchange ensuring content and branding is kept up to date

Resource Center Management

  • Manage contents and organization of Salesforce Resource center to ensure they are up to date (for example: posting new case studies or sales tools as they become available; adding a new vertical when new practices launch)

Content

  • Provide thorough proof-reading support for all content including but not limited to web, white papers, blogs, case studies, and podcasts

Shared Marketing Drive

  • Maintain shared Marketing drive to ensure organized and consistent filing with the most up to date content and file versions

Miscellaneous/Other

  • Provide marketing execution support on new and/or other initiatives and activations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communications or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience working in the digital marketing / general marketing field with the ability to bring brainstormed ideas to reality; must have a full understanding of current digital marketing / general marketing strategies and best practices
  • Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of current marketing trends and be able to implement marketing campaigns on numerous platforms with a multitude of targeting criteria
  • Proven computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop. Video editing skills are a bonus.
