Mulesoft Integration Developer

Role Overview

Gerent is building up its Integration COE with MuleSoft as primary Technology. What you’ll do: 


  • Developer would be responsible for design, development, support, maintenance, and implementation of complex, large-scale operational and fault-tolerant integration solutions
  • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production instances
  • Develop API gateway architecture, API design principles, CI/CD Deployment procedures
  • Define and Develop solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns and cloud-based services
  • Define & Deploy API Governance & Monitoring processes.
  • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
  • Perform all work to agreed time, cost and quality constraints
  • Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
  • Unit test solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Define and delivering integrated solutions by applying proven delivery methodologies including Agile and Model-Driven techniques
  • Design message- and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in designing Mule components (Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, ETLs, flows, MEL, message modeling, Routing, Filtering, Database, Exception Handling, API Management)

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

  • Articulate the difference between CloudHub and AnyPoint Platform
  • Can demonstrate DataWeave expertise
  • Can standup a fully functioning REST based API with MuleSoft products
  • Can articulate the value proposition of MuleSoft vs competitor products
  • Experience in Mule ESB development (3.7v & 3.8v, 4 is preferred), Mule ESB administration and Mule API management (API GW 1.x, 2.x,3.8, 4 preferred) Cloud Hub
  • Have a good Knowledge in Mule 4 ESB & API Development
  • Have Experience in building Mule ESB & API management platform for organizations in Hybrid and Cloud hub
  • Hold at least 2 active MuleSoft Certification
  • Familiar with different MuleSoft offerings
  • Familiar with design patterns used with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce
  • Familiar with 3rd Party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors
  • Understands what Integration Cloud is
  • 5+ years implementing integration projects
  • Held a design and development role on multiple complex deployments involving MuleSoft
  • 6+ years MuleSoft experience
  • Experience in Core Java
  • Experience in REST Web Services & SOAP Web Services
  • Experience with MuleSoft On-Premise and Cloud solutions
  • Experience with messaging infrastructure and tools
  • Experience with message queueing design patterns
  • experience across various Integration patterns – API, Real time Integration, Event broker / Advanced messaging
  • Experience with Mulesoft Any Point Platform, CI/CD Pipelines
  • Good working knowledge on micro services, gateways and related architectural components in at least one technology stream
  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Experience using other middleware tools such as Jitterbit, Cast Iron, Dell Boomi, Informatica, SSIS, etc
  • Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications
  • Experience in developing flows using Mule Anypoint Studio
  • Experience in deploying/managing Mule flows to CloudHub
  • Experience securing the APIs using Mule platform on the CloudHub
  • Experience in designing, developing and managing APIs using Mule API gateway/portal
  • Self-motivated, passion to drive, constantly looking to develop, embraces change with sense of urgency and enjoys positively challenging status quo
  • The candidate should have a deep understanding of security aspects of the solutions.
  • Good experience in API design and development
  • Implemented the security for http fundamentals, REST Web services using OAUTH/Basic and SAML token, JWTtokens, PGP and API security
  • Strong interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements.
  • Experience in IT and a strong interest in leading-edge technology.
  • Experience in delivery of Integration and API Management solutions.
  • Ability to develop and deploy scripts and workarounds

  • Strategy - Must be able to lay out a strategy or roadmap for clients onboarding or amidst a digital transformation anchored in Financial Services use cases
