Riverstrong is on the lookout for driven Senior Network Specialists who possess the grit and energy to help us grow in a start-up environment wearing many hats. The ideal candidate will show technical leadership and consult on various technologies while ensuring excellence is delivered throughout the customer engagement and IT solution implementation lifecycle. You will help drive the adoption of new technologies and look for service opportunities with existing customers when opportunities arise. You are an experienced senior technology engineer in the IT Managed Services Provider industry with a record of happy clients and successful implementations.
What you’ll do:
The path to success in this role will include a passion for helping people in need, the ability to multitask, collaborate, work with a team, attention to detail, technical competencies as a senior IT SME. This role will be working closely with Riverstrong leaders to build excellence and mentorship in the technical team. You will define the best practice processes and will research and develop the next generation tools to achieve efficiency while making our lives easier.
Our ideal candidate knows how to collaborate on large-scale projects and can also complete assigned tasks independently. But mostly, we like to have fun while delivering exceptional services for our clients.
