Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The RPA Lead will be responsible for growing and developing a new RPA practice. This is a unique opportunity to build and train a team from the ground up. The Practice Lead will be accountable for the product offerings, business development, client delivery and team management.
Specific Duties
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive sales and growth of our RPA solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our RPA offerings
Lead and participate in requirements gathering, document preparation, end-to-end solution design, technical spec preparation, development, deployment and post-production
Build and manage a team of RPA consultants
Be a subject matter expert and provide guidance to clients on projects
Manage and deliver RPA projects on-time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience leading an RPA practice or team
Strong understanding of RPA tools, technologies, and methodologies
8+ years of software development experience
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
Minimum 5 years with hands on experience with RPA tools such as UIPath or Automation Anywhere
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to lead discussion with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute solution architecture
Knowledge of integration including between different business systems
Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong customer service mentality
Self driven to learn new technologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
