Sr. Change Management Consultant Job Description
Gerent is looking for a Sr. Change Management Consultant who will partner with our clients to create and execute change strategies that will bring users along their change journey and ensure the initiative is sustained in order to achieve the expected business outcome.
What you’ll do:
Spearheading change management activities on enterprise level projects to maximize employee engagement and adoption through the implementation of structured methodology and processes
Proactively identify impact and adoption risks; recommend mitigation strategies to the client and project team
Developing tactical plans (communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, and resistance management) to help individuals adopt change and modify behavior consistent with the intent of the change initiative
Measuring the effectiveness of change management activities through the use of adoption metrics, surveys and interviews
Leading the design, development and delivery of communications to create awareness, manage resistance to change and help ensure user readiness
Conducting change impact assessments to identify readiness gaps that will impact the organization
What You’re Good At:
Developing human-centered strategies for change that are agile and ready for the digital world
Devising feedback strategies to obtain data about the effectiveness and appeal of enablement activities
Driving adoption across organizations and helping end users leverage Salesforce to their full potential
Managing project stakeholders to be supportive of the change and actively engage sponsors
Masterfully articulating the “why” beyond change programs to help create a shared vision
Cultivating an environment of sharing lessons learned and active feedback loops with internal stakeholders
Providing input and support the design and delivery of training programs
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in change management, communications or related experience
Leading enterprise-wide change management programs and managing the execution/implementation throughout the project lifecycle
Driven servant-leader with experience in agile, transformation and/or organizational change
Strong executive presence and the ability to work with senior leaders
Agility and mental athleticism to transform change plans in response to emerging business priorities
Capacity to manage multiple projects/requests concurrently and prioritize competing tasks
Experience applying human-centered techniques to understand the current state and ensure the change strategy enables the targeted future state
Impeccable written/oral presentation skills with the ability to lead conversations
Team player with interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
Nice to Haves:
Salesforce experience (bonus points)
Previous experience on technology implementation projects
Previous experience training on new technology
Proven experience in a consulting and/or client facing environment
Experience assisting with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Software Applications ( G-Suite products, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, MS Teams)
Must have a strong commitment to living in service to others
