Role & Responsibilities
Riverstrong is seeking a strong technical Level 3 Senior Network Specialist to join our Support Services Team. This position will provide level three support to our Managed Services IT customers in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communications and technical solutions. The path to success in this role will include a passion for helping people in need, the ability to multitask, collaborate, work with a team, and attention to detail, with technical competencies in infrastructure engineering, high traffic networks, system integrity, end user systems, voice, and firewall. You also must have in-depth knowledge of networks with a focus on high-level design and planning. Our ideal candidate knows how to collaborate on large-scale projects but can also complete assigned tasks on their own. But mostly, we like to have fun while delivering exceptional services for our clients.
