David has 20 years of experience enhancing business operations with technology across the Aerospace GSE, E&C, and Oil & Gas sectors. He has functioned within company types from small private start-ups to large publicly traded corporations of ~70k employees. With multi-currency global ERP implementation experience, David is keenly aware of the impact a business system can have on an organization. In his current role as the Senior VP of Information Technologies for Lamons, he leads his team of 11 while also serving as a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. David, as well as the other members of his organization’s Leadership Team, recognize that the Salesforce platform is a transformational component of its company DNA.
Doug joined the Puffer-Sweiven as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President in November 2018. In addition to his CIO role, he assumed responsibility for Puffer’s Reliability Solutions (RS) Business Unit in October 2020 and the newly created Digital Transformation (DX) Business Unit in 2021. Doug has implemented Sales Cloud across the enterprise 2 years ago and more recently Field Service in the last year. He is now on an optimization path to continue to expand the value created by the platform.
Chris has has over a decade of experience managing remote operation teams. He most recently served as Production Manager at Ensign Natural Resources, an E&P company established in 2017 and sold to Marathon Oil in December 2022. At Ensign, Chris led the efforts to deploy Salesforce Field Service to streamline field operations across 14,000+ assets. Through his efforts, Ensign realized a 41% reduction in asset downtime and a 277% improvement in average work-order per field technician. Prior to Ensign Natural Resources, Chris was a remote operations center team lead at Murphy Oil.
Michael Janney is a seasoned executive who has several decades of experience in driving corporate strategy, leveraging innovative technology within distribution operations, and conducting strategic multi-year transformation plans. He is a former shareholder and Chief Information Officer of a global manufacturing company and now contributes his expertise to the Salesforce Manufacturing Industries Team.
